2. Our Services

Motion Listings provides AI-powered video creation services for property marketing. We transform your photos into cinematic videos for use in real estate listings.

3. Ordering and Payment

• All orders must be placed through our website.
• Payment is required before work begins.
• We accept payment via Stripe (credit/debit cards).
• Prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

4. Delivery and Turnaround

• Standard delivery: 24-48 hours from photo receipt.
• Rush delivery: 6 hours (Premium package only).
• Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

5. Revisions and Refunds

• Each package includes a specified number of free revisions.
• Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
• Refunds are only available if we fail to deliver the service.
• No refunds for change of mind after work has begun.

6. Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of all photos you submit.
• You receive full rights to use the final video for any purpose.
• We may use anonymized examples for portfolio purposes unless you opt out.

7. Photo Quality Requirements

• You are responsible for providing clear, high-quality photos.
• Poor quality photos may result in lower quality videos.
• We recommend 5-20 photos per property for best results.

8. Limitation of Liability

Motion Listings is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
